How do I stop the costs being passed on to the patient ?
Your patient can send her Ameli certificate and a copy of her private health insurance card to folowing adress:

If your patient has her medical costs paid by the state due to a recognised long-term illness or disability, she must provide the paper copy of the relevant certificate.
